We love a lot about this apartment. The location in the old center is steps away from restaurants and shops, making it convenient. The owner, Valentina, is super communicative and helpful. The ancient building adds an interesting touch to the experience. The terrace, although accessed through ladder stairs, offers a great view when the weather is good. Despite some drawbacks like the stairs without handrails and the dirty carpets, the overall charm and coziness of the apartment make it a worthwhile choice.

The location was exceptional - right in the heart of town. And despite the noise at night, the views from the terrace were mind-blowing. The apartment itself was incredibly charming and had a cozy, homely feel. The decorative touches added a special touch, and the agent who welcomed us was lovely. The large terrace was the highlight, with stunning views day and night. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in the city. The location, within the walls and close to the promenade, was super convenient. Plus, having wi-fi, an electric kettle, cookware, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV. The playpen was a thoughtful touch for families, and it was great that no pets were allowed. a jaw-dropping experience and a privilege to have stayed there.

Well-located within city walls, close to promenade. Best feature: terrace with stunning view of S. Frediano Church. Cozy interior. Great terrace for aperitif with city views. The value for money at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable and the large terrace offered fine views all day long. The location was excellent and the staff made us feel really welcome.
Hotel breakfast could have been better with a wider variety of options.
